ELIZABETH C. PERCIVAL

MANAGING MEMBER

As the managing member at Pivotal Management Consulting, LLC, Elizabeth has both ownership and managerial roles within the company. Elizabeth is responsible for setting the company’s overall direction, executing all legal agreements/contracts, and managing the company’s finances and daily operations.

With over 10 years of experience in accounting, Elizabeth has worked with diverse and global organizations. As a Financial Reporting Accountant at GSE Environmental, she prepared and reviewed the consolidated financial statements, ensured compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements, and supported the internal and external audit processes. She also contributed to the implementation of new accounting standards, policies, and procedures and provided guidance and training to other team members. Previously, Elizabeth worked as a financial reporting accountant at Kraton Polymers, where she performed similar duties and assisted in the preparation of the annual report, quarterly earnings releases, and investor presentations. As an Audit Senior Associate at KPMG US, Elizabeth audited the financial statements of various clients, including public and private companies, in different industries, such as manufacturing and energy. She has strong skills in accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and auditing, and is proficient in using various accounting software and tools. Elizabeth is passionate about delivering high-quality and accurate financial information and is always eager to learn new skills and technologies. She values teamwork, integrity, and excellence while adding value to our clients.

GREG E. PERCIVAL

EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT – TECHNOLOGY

As a seasoned IT executive with close to 30 years of experience across the oil & gas/chemical manufacturing industries, Greg has successfully delivered strategic and innovative solutions to complex business challenges. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the business school at the University of Houston.  In addition, Greg has a master’s degree in Technology Management from the business school at the University of Phoenix.  His core competencies include change management, stakeholder influence, project management, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and quality assurance across companies of all sizes.  While the past 15 years have been within the small to midsize oil & gas companies, his background also includes positions of increasing responsibilities within a couple of global organizations.

Greg has successfully spearheaded the technological integration of several corporate merger/acquisition transactions throughout his career.  Most recently, he developed and led a department of business-focused technologists at a multi-billion-dollar oil and gas company in Houston, Texas. He successfully integrated all the enterprise systems during his tenure there when two multi-billion-dollar oil & gas companies merged.  With the help of his team, Greg developed a strategy that enabled the company to meet the aggressive timeline without impacting business operations.  During the pandemic, the CEO publicly recognized Greg’s team during the company’s quarterly earnings calls for their extraordinary efforts in transitioning every employee to a remote workforce environment so that the company could continue to meet investors’ expectations.   Greg’s proven track record of successfully establishing, planning, and implementing information technology strategies and his mission to leverage advanced technology to create value for our clients uniquely qualifies him as our most senior executive consultant.

BUSINESS CONSULTANT – DATA ANALYTICS

Greg is an IT professional with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has a proven ability to translate business requirements into innovative and effective technical solutions. His broad experience in data warehousing, data analytics, process optimizations, and technical leadership enables him to understand and adapt to complex IT environments quickly.

For the past ten years, Greg has primarily focused on designing, engineering, and implementing solutions using industry-leading data platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI, Spotfire, and SQL Server. He enjoys the challenge of using these technologies to address strategic needs and improve user and business productivity.
